EFM-100 volume corrector is an intelligent secondary instrument coming with the gas flowmeter. It adopts a high-precision digital temperature
and pressure sensor with local pressure and temperature detection display, and can, based on the detected medium temperature and pressure, convert the volume flow rate and total flow rate of the flowmeter under working conditions into that under standard conditions. Moreover, it has output interfaces for a variety of signals, to facilitate networking with other secondary instruments or computer systems to form a network management system. Its main technology reaches the domestic advanced level and is an ideal instrument for gas flowmeters in urban gas, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
Adopt the high-precision digital temperature and pressure sensor to automatically detect the temperature and pressure of media, correct the temperature, pressure and compressibility factor and convert the volume flow rate and total volume flow rate under working conditions into that under standard conditions.
The digital temperature and pressure sensor are independent accessories. The detection accuracy is unrelated to the corrector, so that separated calibration and verification are feasible. Data communication with the corrector is performed by the I2C interface. They are inspected and replaced weekly and can be easily maintained.
The digital pressure sensor comes with temperature correction function, high pressure detection accuracy, good long-term stability and low temperature drift.
Adopt advanced micro-power high and new technology with low power consumption. Able to operate with internal battery for a long time.
The flowmeter factor can be automatically corrected linearly in eight segments based on the flow frequency signal. The measurement accuracy of the flowmeter can be improved as required by the user.
Adopt segment LCD display, and display the flow rate and total flow rate, temperature and pressure, etc. under standard and working conditions at the same time, also the total flow rate under working conditions by switching, which is clear and intuitive, and convenient for reading.
Embedded with NB-IoT/GPRS wireless communication module, it is powered with built-in battery or external power supply to achieve data transmission and easy use.
Two-wire 4mA-20mA standard current signal output can be configured to facilitate connection with secondary instruments.
Adopting large-capacity EEPROM data memory technology, it has complete recording and query functions for historical operating data and parameter modification and other events, which is convenient for users.
Adopt RS485 interface to connect with the host computer and match with the data collector. Able to form the NB-IoT/GPRS remote data transmission management system with high degree of automation, which is convenient for centralized management by the user.
With built-in lightning protection, anti-surge, pulse group suppression and other protection circuits, the external transmission interface is electrically isolated with strong anti-interference and high reliability.
With gas anti-theft function, it can detect and handle cutting of flow signal wire, uncapping of instruments and other abnormal conditions.
