BRT-DTU100 wireless data collector is a remote measurement and control terminal and a device for data acquisition & monitoring and wireless remote transmission. BRT-DTU100 wireless data collector collects process data from field instruments and pipe network control on the one hand, and builds the field instruments and remote monitoring center into uplink/downlink wireless communication pipes through data conversion technology, modern communication technology and microprocessor technology on the other hand, to upload and download instrument data, and commands and data from the monitoring center, and combines with computer technology to form a distributed monitoring system. It has been widely used in the industrial communication field.

• With built-in 7.2V lithium battery, regularly submit the operating data of IC card flowmeter. The periodic submitting period can be set to be 2 minutes to 65535 minutes when leaving the factory. The standard configuration is a lithium battery pack (two batteries) (optional with two packs). The data is submitted 1 time/hour. The service life of a lithium battery pack is 3 years.

• The periodic submitting period can be set as data collection and submitting in two steps. For example, the data is collected once every 15 minutes and submitted once every 24 hours. The service life of a lithium battery pack is 5 years.

• When users discover the temperature, pressure, instant flow rate, valve state, battery undervoltage, alarm for insufficient gas volume and other abnormal conditions of the field IC card flowmeter, they can take corresponding measures in time.

• Discover abnormal fluctuations of gas consumption by comparing the historical gas consumption data of users, to prevent gas stealing.

• Carry out statistics on and save the user's gas consumption data for easy query and printing.

• Realize remote cut-off of the valve and stop gas supply for users with bad behavior; after the problem is solved, open the valve remotely and restart gas supply.

• The Mobile APP receives data in real time for easy monitoring and management.

• The data collector adopts modular design and the NB-IoT/GPRS modules are interchangeable.
