HWQZ Series IoT IC Card Gas Turbine Flowmeter is a metering device integrated the gas turbine flowmeter (sensor), IC card flow compensation controller and control valve. The gas turbine flowmeter measures the gas flow rate and converts it to the flow rate and total flow rate under standard conditions, and takes IC card as the medium. For gas consumption, a new trade settlement method of “purchasing gas first and then using it” is adopted. It is embedded with a NB-IoT/GPRS communication module to upload the temperature, pressure, transient standard condition, transient working condition, total gas consumption, remaining gas volume/amount, valve status, battery level and other data of the IC card flowmeter to the cloud server, and achieve wireless remote monitoring, meter reading, analysis and management of the IC card flowmeter through the server terminal. It integrates the computer software, network communication, smart card application, secret key security and other technical fields, and is an ideal prepaid flow measuring product for the urban smart gas.

I. IoT correction controller

• Integrate flow compensation & calculation, IC card operation and valve control. Compact in structure and free of signal transmission error, with high reliability.

• The embedded NB-IoT/GPRS module can form a variety of wireless meter reading systems. Power supply by built-in batteries can achieve a limited number of wireless data transmission, which is easy to use. Besides, the external power supply is also available for online data transmission in real time.

• Adopt micro-power technical design, so that the power consumption of the entire machine is low, and the built-in battery can be used for three years or above.

• Adopt the high-performance microprocessor and modern digital filtering technology, with powerful software and superior performance.

• The high-precision temperature and pressure sensors are adopted to automatically detect the temperature and pressure of the media and correct the temperature, pressure and compressibility factor. Convert the volume flow rate and total volume flow rate under working conditions into that under standard conditions.

• The LCD screen displays the standard cumulative flow rate, standard volume flow rate, volume flow rate under working conditions, medium temperature, absolute pressure and battery capacity percentage, etc., with prompt in both Chinese and English.

• With RS485 interface to match with a variety of collectors and form a remote data acquisition system.

• With built-in lightning protection, anti-surge, pulse group suppression and other protection circuits, the external transmission interface is electrically isolated with strong anti-interference performance and high reliability.

• With the gas anti-theft function, it can detect and handle flowmeter wire cutting, malicious strong magnetic interference, valve closing and other abnormal conditions in real time.

• Adopt the high-capacity data memory to prevent data loss in case of battery replacement or sudden power outage, and have query function for historical operation data and incident records.

• Realize prepayment and automatic charging.

• Support recharging by sum (yuan)/gas volume (m3). Price adjustment by card or communication is feasible in the sum mode.

• The conventional gas price, stepped gas price or duration gas price are supported.

• The management system can release user cards, acquisition cards, application transfer cards, valve opening cards, valve closing cards, zero clearing cards, price adjusting cards, etc. to facilitate management and use.

II. Basic gas meter

• Low pressure loss, high precision, good repeatability, low starting flow rate and wide measuring range.

• Adopt the integrated two-stage rectifier. Low requirements for straight length (front >2DN, back >1DN).

• Designed with the independent machine core, good interchangeability and easy maintenance.

• Use precision bearings for exclusive use of instruments imported from Europe, with flexible rotation and high durability.

• Adopt the well-designed reverse-driving structure and unique sealing structure, and the bearing runs stably for a long period.

III. Control valve

• Matched with low pressure valve with optional cut-off structure or high pressure ball valve with close-to-zero pressure loss. The valve diameter is the same as that of the pipeline.

• Adopt the valve opening card to control frequent valve opening/closing by the user, ensuring the safety of gas equipment.

• Well-designed circuit with anti-disassembly function. The valve will be closed automatically if disassembly occurs.

• When the battery is exhausted, the valve is automatically closed and the data information is automatically saved to protect the benefits of users.

• The valve can still work normally after it has been opened/closed for 1000 times.
